Overview

The Decisions platform hosts an App Store, offering a range of business process applications called Accelerators. These applications serve diverse functionalities and can be installed, customized, and utilized to meet specific business needs. Accelerators often comprise pre-built components such as Flows, Rules, Forms, Dashboards, and advanced configuration options. The App Store can be found in the Project Hub.

Installing an Accelerator

Navigate to Project Hub > App Store.
Locate the desired application and select DETAILS to access the App Details Page. Click INSTALL on the App Details Page.
In the Install [Accelerator Name] window, provide a New App Name under SETTINGS. Utilize the Show Advanced Settings option to Rename Types within the application if needed. Complete the installation process by clicking INSTALL.
After successful installation, access the new application from the Project Hub to utilize its features.

App Details

The APP DETAILS Page of an accelerator provides crucial insights into its use case and the objects contained within the installation. Additionally, this Page hosts an Overview Video and Project Preview, offering a sneak peek into the application's contents before installation.

Accelerators Index

Accelerators within Decisions encompass projects designed to address specific industry pain points. These projects serve as exemplars, showcasing best practices in Decisions development and UI/UX design. Developers can utilize Accelerators as foundational templates for new projects or integrate them into existing ones.

Accelerators Availability

Accelerators are built using the latest Decisions version and are compatible with versions 8.0 and newer.

Ads Optimization Tool	Demonstrates how to connect a CRM with a digital ads vendor to optimize leads using rules in Decisions.
Amortization Calculator	Empowers customers to quickly and accurately determine how much each payment will go toward principal and interest and the long-term interest costs.
Annual Holiday Manager	This process allows users to schedule their annual holidays in Decisions so it can be used in business day calculations. The Error Handling Accelerator is a prerequisite to this project.
Access Manager	This allows the user to easily see and adjust the permissions of user accounts and groups across the environment.
Asset Manager	The asset manager application allows users to create and monitor assets through event-triggered, customizable flows.
ChatGPT Traceability Matrix	This application creates requirements from the clients by the solution architect and creates a list of tasks in an Excel file using ChatGPT integration.
College Cost Estimator	Empower customers to estimate future higher education costs and potential deficits for funding. Tuition rates are automatically updated annually for each institution type utilizing an API call.
Credit Card Payoff Calculator	Empowers customers to quickly and accurately compare repayment options for borrowers when carrying high-interest debt.
CSS Generator	The CSS Generator offers a convenient way for users to generate custom CSS documents based on their color preferences, saving them time and effort in styling.
Data Formatter	This project allows the user to format data as a company JSON or XML string. It formats values according to their data type and includes example Flows to demonstrate the creation of nested data.
Debt Consolidation Calculator	Empowers customers to quickly and accurately determine borrowers' options to reduce high-interest debt.
Debt to Income Calculator	Allows customers to quickly and accurately determine a borrower's current ratios to evaluate risk tolerance for new lending products for small to mid-sized financial institutions.
Document Extraction with AI	The Document Extraction with AI Accelerator serves the purpose of retrieving invoices or bills from Gmail and seamlessly integrating them into Quickbooks through ChatGPT. The Error Handling Accelerator is a prerequisite to this project.
Dynamic Questionnaire	This application allows users to easily create, send, and track questionnaire responses. Using the build, questions can be created, updated, removed, and reordered to fit the needs of the questionnaire.
Form Startup Bundle	This Accelerator is a project of common Forms to build and copy logic for any project easily. Built using UI standards and best practices, these 8 Form use cases come with versions in both regular and simple formats.
Email Template Generator	Email Template Generator allows users to generate a customized email template based on the properties they choose during the process. This is useful for sending emails with the desired email template. The Error Handling Accelerator is a prerequisite to this project.
Employee Onboarding	Allows to configure and manage onboarding sequential and parallel tasks across different departments. The process can be tracked from issuing a laptop to scheduling a meeting for orientation.
End Point Validator	The goal of this project is to give users the ability to run security tests of their own design against endpoints. The project shows the users when Endpoints were last tested and how many passed and failed.
Error Handling	This project handles any errors and exceptions that may arise in a workflow process. The settings are passed in from the catch exception step, and the rest as customized per use case.
Google Maps Viewer	The project allows the user to store an address and view its map view using the Google Maps Platform. It includes a dashboard from which users can add new addresses and view and delete existing ones. The Error Handling Accelerator is a prerequisite to this project.
Google Translate	This Accelerator serves as a solution for automating translations. Integrating the Cloud Translation API empowers users to manage and maintain multilingual content effortlessly, enhancing the accessibility and user experience of the application or platform.
Home Affordability Calculator	Allows the end user to compute their purchase price, total monthly payment, and the PMI (Private mortgage insurance).
Installment Loan Calculator	Empowers customers to quickly and accurately compare fixed-rate repayment options for borrowers to consider before applying for a loan.
Loan to Value Calculator	Empowers customers to quickly and accurately determine collateral equity and risk tolerance on collateral.
Revision Automating Testing	This allows the users to test a synchronous process/workflow as they change that logic or data. The tool enables users to map what fields are important to see on the results charts.
Scorecard Wizard	Designed to optimize decisions within the underwriting process.
Sightings Tracker	Tool to allow users to record sightings of whatever they want and upload pictures and a paired description/comment.
Student Loan Calculator	Allows the end user to compute a student loan payoff summary based on their loan balance, monthly payment, and interest rate.
Support Inquiry	Allow users to submit support inquiries assigned by a team member and track ticket progress from a dashboard.
Ticketing System	A process for tickets to be created, assigned, and tracked when initiated from an email inbox.
Wire Transfer Approval	The Decisions Wire Transfer Approval application automates the approval process. It gives financial institutions precise control of user access and permissions to ensure that only authorized users can initiate, approve, or reject wire transfers.
Upgrade Validator	This project conducts scans within an environment to identify any known or potentially disruptive issues arising from an upgrade. The primary objective is to give users the confidence to proceed with upgrades while minimizing the likelihood of encountering significant problems.
