Assignment KPI Tracker

The Assignment KPI Tracker allows Users to oversee all Assignments within created Projects in the Decisions environment, organized by multiple KPIs that label each Assignment as Open, Late, and Warn. 

This Accelerator features main and key Flows that streamline the process of managing created assignments. Users can create a new project utilizing the Assignment KPI Project Name Flow and import the created project into the available Reports to customize the appearance of Assignment filters. 

The Assignment KPI Tracker is ideal for Users who need to configure and organize Assignments across several Projects. 

Key Features:

• Assignment Reports with activity details. 
• Users are informed about open Assignments with Assignment Counts for the last 30 and 90 days.
• Open, Late, and Warn Labels for created Assignments

Considerations

 Users must pass the correct project name in all Report Filters as well as within the Assignment KPI Project Name Flow. 

Main Flows

Assignment KPI Project Name

This Flow is designed to assign an input to a Project that will be used in the future as a main title Flow. 

KPI Tracker Tiles Flow

This Tile Flow fetches an Assignment according to the created Project that has passed and includes multiple Sub Flows that calculate a count of Open, Late, and Warn Assignments, as well as Assignments created within the last 60 days up until one year.

Key Flows

Total Assignment in Current Year

This Flow retrieves a count of Assignments for the current year. 

Open Assignment Count

This Flow retrieves a count of Open Assignments. 

 Dashboards

Assignment KPI Tracker Dashboard

This Dashboard enables Users to see all Assignments associated with a Project as well as displays a count of KPIs with an Open, Late, and Warn Assignment count. 

Assignment Graph Dashboard

This Dashboard enables Users to track Assignment KPI information, like Total Assignments by Month, through a variety of Graphs. 

How to Use the Assignment KPI Tracker 

1.  Navigate to the Assignment KPI Template from the Assignment KPIs Tracker Designer Folder. 
2.  From here, Add a new Project name to the Assignment KPI Project Name Flow. 
3.  Within each Report, add the new Project name in the Project Equals Filter to update each Report.
