Overview The Manage folder allows designer and administrator users to configure the entire Project. This includes viewing project activities, health, integrations, configurations, jobs and events, and security . This article lays out all the available folders within the Project Folder Structure.

Description and Nested Folders
Activity
Allows monitoring and tracking of entity and user activity within the Project, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of interactions to enhance project management.
User Activity: Displays charts of login history, entity modifications, and assigned to-dos.
Report Activity: Displays all information related to Report entities, including new creations and edits.
Database Queries: A dashboard displaying details of all database queries run on the Query Editor. Displays System-Wide data.
Health
Allows monitoring user interactions, optimizing data structures, and maintaining a detailed project history.
Data Structures: The dashboard displays details of all data structures used in the project including code compilation results.
Error Handling : Specialized flow for retrieving data in case of a Flow exception, sending detailed error information.
Infrastructure: Views information pertaining to the Lock Service and Cache Details.
Logs : Captures and stores detailed log information for troubleshooting, debugging, and performance monitoring. Displays System-Wide data.
Profiler : Displays all Flow Executions, Database Calls, Flow Steps, and system Hotspots to help identify problems in Flows. Displays System-Wide data.
Project Auditing: Tracks and audits changes made to the Project, including Mappings, Flow Structures, and Validations.
Import Data: Displays reports of imported entities and issues faced during the import process.
Repository : Dashboard to display check-ins/checkouts for the Project and Revision numbers.
All Mappings : Report listing all Step Mappings for existing Flows within the Project.
Archiving: Report all entities archived, deleted, and orphaned.
Flow Structure: Report with filtering options to view all Flow Structures in the platform.
Report Structure: Report listing all Reports and their corresponding data fields available in the system.
Validations: Report listing all validations on Flows and Rules available in the system.
Integration
Manage settings and monitor database integrations, external services, OAuth, and scripting within the platform.
Databases : Dashboard displaying all connected databases, types, and connections.
External Services : Dashboard for integrating with external web services and APIs.
Scripting : Allows the addition of PowerShell and Python scripts to the Project with necessary module dependencies.
Configuration
Features different configuration methods within the platform, including Variables, Data, Templates, and User Favorites.
Settings: This section displays information about the Project, such as its name, description, and icon, and provides project-level settings, such as requiring a comment on save, default input data type, and debug default mode.
Templates: Store and manage templates for CSS, email, Excel, etc.
Variables: Manage constants, Data Extensions, Lookup lists, and Suggestion lists.
Constants : Manage constant values for flows and rules.
Data Extensions : Expand data structures with additional fields.
Lookup Lists : Create and manage Lookup Lists for database table searches.
Suggestion Lists : Manage multiple string values for selection in Designer inputs.
Data: Manage data within the platform, including samples, Help page, images, locations, notifications, tags, and translations.
Tags : Dashboard to view tags applied to objects like documents and Reports.
Data Samples : View, edit, and add Data Samples for testing Flows.
Help : Manage Help messages over Form Fields.
Locations : Store information about companies, divisions, users, addresses, and business hours.
Notifications : Manage notifications within the Project. Displays System-Wide data.
Designers: Manage project data rules, toolbox rules, SDK extensions, and design interface customizations.
Data Rule : Control visibility of data fields in data structures.
Designer Extensions : Add custom actions on visual designers, configured with a Flow.
Toolbox Rules : Customize the Toolbox by hiding specific steps or categories.
SDK Extensions : Manage SDK added to the Project to extend product functionality.
Favorites: View and edit Favorites for the Flow Designer step Toolbox.
Jobs & Events
Manage Scheduled Jobs and Message Queues.
Security
Manage user data in the Project, including Assignment Roles, Groups, Named Sessions, and Permissions.
Assignment Roles : Add roles to the Project, such as Developers, Testers, and Managers.
Groups : Report detailing all available Groups in the Current Folder.
Named Sessions : Display all Named Sessions related to the current Project.
Permissions : Report determining folder permissions granted to accounts and groups.
