Overview
The following list consists of all the Decisions-built modules available for installation. Before installing, read the description of the desired module, and ensure all prerequisites are met to meet the intended functionalities.
Active Directory Module
The Active Directory module introduces new Flow steps that allow users to build Flows centered around managing the Active Directory, such as creating users, groups, associations, and more.
ActiveMQ is an open-source message broker software that facilitates communication between applications or components by enabling asynchronous messaging. It supports various messaging protocols, queuing, and topics, providing reliable and scalable messaging services for exchanging data between distributed systems.
Adobe Sign is a cloud-based electronic signature service. It allows users to securely sign, send, track, and manage contracts, agreements, and forms electronically. This module adds capability to the Decisions messaging service and lets you connect Flows to ActiveMQ queues as subscribers. You can also push messages to queues using new Flow steps.
AI Common
The AI Common Module is essential for utilizing various AI integrations within a system. As a shared library or module, it provides necessary functionalities, tools, and interfaces as a foundational layer for integrating different AI services or algorithms. This module streamlines the integration process and ensures consistency across diverse AI implementations.
Amazon Bedrock is a managed service that offers high-performing foundation models (FMs) from leading AI companies via a single API. This module allows you to connect to this service and use generative AI Steps along with common AI steps in the AI.Common module.
AWS Module
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) module offers additional Flow steps for communicating with Amazon Web Services Kinesis and RedShift.
Azure Services Module
The Azure Services module introduces Flow steps that assist with connecting and using services available in Microsoft Azure.
Box is a cloud content management and file-sharing service that allows users to store, share, and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and media files securely. It provides file synchronization, access control, versioning, and workflow management features, enabling teams to work efficiently across different devices and locations.
Docker is a platform for developers that simplifies application deployment using containers—lightweight, portable, and isolated environments. These encapsulate applications and dependencies, ensuring consistency across computing environments. Docker abstracts infrastructure, enabling efficient scaling and management of applications.
DocuSign Module
The DocuSign module introduces new Flow steps to send documents to DocuSign that capture electronic signatures and initials. The steps are limited to using X and Y positioning on the document for marking signature locations. Additionally, Docusign’s “Tag” feature indicates areas in the document that require signatures.
Once a document is sent to DocuSign through a Flow, the Wait On External Event step monitors Docusign to pull the document back to the Flow once it completes.
Dropbox Module
The Dropbox module allows users to integrate with the Dropbox storage system.
Enterprise Module
The Enterprise module adds functionality for processing large amounts of batch data, persistent work queues, and data sharing in active/active clusters.
Equifax
The Equifax module allows users to integrate with the Equifax reporting agency API.
Exchange Web Services Module
The Exchange Web Services module allows the use of Microsoft Exchange services.
Experian
The Experian module allows users to integrate with the Experian reporting agency API.
FHIR Module
Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a healthcare messaging format that allows and standardizes systems communication for any organization handling digital healthcare data. This module adds support for HL7, FHIR, and JSON using steps and datatypes.
The Financial Module exposes multiple steps that perform various financial calculations. These steps are inspired by Excel's financial functions and include functions such as CUMIPMT, NPV, PMT, PV, Rate, and IRR. These steps can be used with the Set and Get Excel steps.
Foreign Exchange Module
The Foreign Exchange module introduces steps for retrieving real-time exchange rates between currencies.
Google Drive is a cloud-based file storage and synchronization service provided by Google. It allows users to store files, including documents, photos, videos, and more, and access them from any device with internet access. Google Drive also enables easy sharing and collaboration of files among users.
Google Cloud is a suite of cloud computing services offered by Google. It provides various infrastructure and platform services, including computing power, storage, databases, machine learning, and networking. Google Cloud allows businesses to build, deploy, and scale applications and services on Google's infrastructure.
HL7 Module
The HL7 module is the core of the HL7 Flow product found on HL7's website. This module adds a full HL7 Engine to combine the power of the Flow, Form, Rule, and Report Designers with HL7 data and common HL7 connection types for managing medical data streams. The HL7 module includes data types for all standard messages and interfaces.
HubSpot Module
The HubSpot module introduces new steps for working with the HubSpot Contact and Companies API.
IBMMQ Module
The IBM Messaging Queue (IBMMQ) module allows the use of IBM MQ as a messaging system.
ICal Module
The ICal module allows for the creation of ICal invites and calendar events.
Jira is a project management and issue-tracking software developed by Atlassian. It is widely used for agile project management, software development, bug tracking, and task management. This module adds Flow steps to interact with issues, projects, and users.
Kafka Module
The Kafka module allows the use of Apache Kafka as a messaging system.
Windows Event Logging is a feature in the Windows operating system that records significant system and security events. These events are logged into event logs, providing a centralized location for administrators to monitor and troubleshoot system issues.
MongoDB Module
The MongoDB module is a cross-platform document-oriented database program that allows for the integration of the MongoDB database service.
MSMQ Module
The Microsoft Messaging Queue (MSMQ) is a .NET messaging system for application-to-application communication. To use this module, MSMQ must be installed on the application server.
OneDrive is a cloud-based file hosting and synchronization service provided by Microsoft. It allows users to store files, photos, and documents in the cloud and access them from any device with internet connectivity.
Okta Module
The Okta module allows for integration with Okta identity and access management services.
OpenAI is an artificial intelligence research lab and technology company that develops AI models, tools, and applications. It aims to advance artificial intelligence in an open and collaborative manner, working on various AI research projects and developing AI technologies.
OpenId Module
The OpenId module allows OpenId to connect with Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality.
PGP Module
The Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) module offers integration with PGP document encryption.
Plaid is a financial services company that offers APIs for connecting applications with users' bank accounts and financial data. It enables users to access banking information, facilitating the development of fintech applications and services. This module enables multiple steps, allowing you to connect to the plaid service from your workflows.
PowerShell Module
The Powershell module allows for the execution of Powershell scripts from Flows.
Python Module
The Python module supports the storage and execution of scripts written in the Python coding language.
QR Codes Module
The QR Codes module adds steps that create QR Codes and allows QR Coded images to be interpreted within a Flow.
R Module
The R module adds support for the storage and execution of scripts written in the statistical and graphing coding language: R.
RabbitMQ Module
RabbitMQ is a .NET messaging system for application-to-application communication. The RabbitMQ Module adds RabbitMQ capability into the Decisions messaging service, thus allowing the Designer to connect Flows to RabbitMQ queues as subscribers so the Flows can work messages. Designers can also push messages to queues using the provided steps.

Remedy Module
Remedy is an enterprise-grade help desk ticketing system for IT and System Management needs.
Salesforce Module
For most Salesforce interactions, this web service integration generates steps that run against the Salesforce Enterprise WSDL, including all custom datatypes and functionality. This module adds specific help steps to troubleshoot certain integration difficulties that may occur with Salesforce Web Services document handling.
SAML Module
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is a standard Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism for sharing user authentications. Google, Facebook, and other services allow authentication sharing with SSO. Decisions can use SAML to provide user authentication, although an additional setup is required for integration with a SAML provider.
Sharepoint Module
The Sharepoint module offers steps for handling lists and documents in Sharepoint. This module is not required to embed Decisions Forms, Flows, and user-driven Workflows into Sharepoint; however, it is necessary if wishing to grant the Flow Engine the ability to access, update, and modify lists or documents in Microsoft Sharepoint.
SolaceMQ is a message-oriented middleware that provides robust messaging capabilities for applications and systems. It enables high-performance message exchange using different messaging patterns and protocols, facilitating event-driven architectures.
Slack Module
The Slack module allows users to integrate with Slack.
SSH is a cryptographic network protocol used for secure remote access, command execution, and data communication between two computer systems. It provides encrypted connections over an insecure network, ensuring secure communication between devices. With this module, you can run SSH commands.
Symantec SMP is a management platform that offers tools for managing and securing endpoints within an organization. It provides capabilities for software deployment, patch management, asset inventory, and security policy enforcement.
Telephony Module
The Telephony module offers integration options for Twillio. This module also offers steps for automating Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) and Short Message Service (SMS) interactions.
TruBot
TruBot is an application developed by Datamatics. TruBot RPA(robotic processing automation) module serves as a solution for businesses looking to implement and manage robotic process automation.
TruCap+ is an application developed by Datamatics. TruCap+ works with unstructured or semi-structured documents to capture data with high accuracy and a higher percentage of straight-through processing (STP). Integrated Generative AI enhances accuracy, automation, multilingual support, and various other advantages in document processing.
UnitTestCore is an internal framework or component used for performing unit tests in software development. It is used for testing custom SDK extensions or custom code and is not required to test designer-built activities such as flows and rules.
USPS Module
The USPS module includes steps that work with the US Postal Service API.
Word To PDF Module
The Word-To-PDF Module offers the Designer additional Flow steps for converting Microsoft Word documents into PDF documents.
