Overview
Once a Customer/Tenant has been registered to a Multi-Tenancy if desired/need be they may be deleted and removed from the Tenancy. The following document demonstrates how to Delete a Tenant from a Multi-Tenant environment.

Example
To remove a Tenant from a Multi-Tenant environment:
- From the Decisions Studio, navigate to the Hosting Folder.
- From the Hosting Folder, open the Customers Folder.
- Right-click the desired Tenant in the Customer List Report, then select Delete Customer.
- Confirm the deletion by selecting the DELETE button. WarningNote that if a Customer/Tenant is being deleted from a Multi-Tenancy, it is advised to Restart IIS afterward.
If IIS is not restarted, the IIS Logs will become overpopulated. Additionally, IIS will expect the Tenant to still exist within the Tenancy and will attempt to connect to it.
