Set Owner

This tutorial demonstrates how to Set Owner of the entity in Decisions. This feature is implemented in Decisions 4.1. After the owner is set on the entity, he or she will be notified when somebody makes changes to the entity.
Example:
For this example, we are going to create a simple Flow and Set Owner for this Flow.
In the Designer Folder, we click Create Flow on Folder Actions Panel.

Then, we Name the Flow and click Ok to proceed to the Flow Designer.

In the Flow Designer we simply connect Start Step and End Step. Then, we save the Flow and close Flow Designer.

Back in the Designer Folder we locate our Flow and from its Actions menu click Manage > Set Owner.

In the resulting window we pick an existing Account and click Ok to save and continue.

Next, we Edit Flow and save changes…

Our Owner receives an email notification saying that the Flow was modified.
