Overview
This tutorial demonstrated how to restore a previously deleted Designer Elements such as a Flow, Form, Designer Folder, etc back into the production environment.
Note on Deleting Designer Folders
Besides deleting the entirety of a Designer Folder's contents with Complete, Designers may instead choose Keep Contents to only delete the parent Designer Folder thus preventing the contents from being deleted. These contents can be either moved to the next parent Designer Folder or moved to a specified Designer Folder.
Example
- Navigate to the Designer Folder on the right select Folder View. On the right-side panel, select the settings button.
- Select Change.
- Select the All Folder Items (with Deleted) option.
- Deleted Items can be found in the resulting display list. In the Deleted column, items are listed as False if they have not been deleted or True if they have been Deleted. Select the item you desire to Undelete.
- Right-click the Entity Name and select Undelete Entity or (Flow, File, Data, etc.).
- Select OK.
- After the Entity is Undeleted, navigate to its original Designer folder.
