Default Groups

Overview:
Decisions comes configured with three default groups:
- Users: Engage with flows/forms/reports built by designers and administrators
- Designers: Build flows/forms/reports, but have restricted access
- Administrators: Have full access/control to both the End User and Designer Studio
All of the default groups can be found in the groups folder located at the path below:
SYSTEM > SECURITY > GROUPS
All Users:
This group is the most restrictive. Only the portal is available to this group. Members of the all users group do not have access to any folders by default. To gain access to a particular folder(s) an administrator must give them can view permissions on that folder. More about permissions can be found in the following link:

Designers:
Unlike End Users, designers have access to the Studio to build workflows. By default, a member of the designers group will not have access to any folders with the exception of My Apps. Access to particular designer folders needs to be granted by a member of the Administrators group. Note: Members of the designers group do not have access to the SYSTEM folder and its subfolders.
Administrators:
This group has total access to all folders in the Decisions End User and Designer Studio. They are responsible for the administration and maintenance of the application.
