The Decisions Mobile Portal lets users conveniently access a Decisions Server through a mobile device. It grants the flexibility to interact with Forms, Workflow Catalog Items, and Assignments that have been specifically configured for mobile use, empowering users to complete tasks and access the Decisions Portal while on the move.

Report Field Action Handler Flow is now supported in the Mobile portal for version 8.17 and higher.

Settings

Within Portal Settings, there are settings dedicated to the mobile experience and functionality. These settings give administrators the flexibility to customize various aspects of Decisions to meet the preferences of mobile users.

	Default Mobile View Page	Set a Folder to open when users sign into the mobile portal.

	Use Mobile Portal on Tablet	Set tablet-size screens to use the Mobile Portal when set to true.

	Showing Mobile Portal Tabs	Customize the mobile portal to display the following tabs: Workflows, Inbox, and Folders.

Mobile Portal

Once logged in, the portal displays the Flows in the Catalog that have been configured to run on the mobile portal. Below is an overview of the mobile portal interface.

User Action Menu	Displays the logged-in user and provides the action to log out.
Search Bar	Each menu (Workflows, Inbox, and Folders) house a Search Bar that will search for items within the respective tab. The Folder tab search bar will only search the Parent Folder names.
Workflows	Displays all Workflow Catalog Items that have been configured to run on Mobile. Once logged in and connected to a Decisions Server, users can access Flows that have been configured in the Workflow Catalog under System > Workflow Catalog with the Show On Mobile and Can Run Offline checkboxes enabled. These settings dictate whether the Flows will be visible on the Mobile portal when the device connects to the Decisions Server.
Inbox	The Inbox view fetches the user's assignments and presents them in a list format. When an Assignment is selected, a summary of the Assignment is displayed in a built-in view. By clicking the Assignment Action, the assigned Form will load within a web view, allowing the user to complete the Assignment.
Folders	Users can access different Views attached to Folders in the Folders Tab. Create different views on Folders by right-clicking a Folder in the Studio and selecting Manage > Page/Dashboard.
