3.8 New Features (4/10/26)

[DT-046834] Creating UI for the merge functionality of connectors	Users can now combine data from different entities into a single event log by mapping fields. These fields must have compatible data types and purposes. Once mapped, they are merged into a single attribute in the Event Log.
[DT-046129] Zendesk Connector	A Zendesk connector has been added to the platform, enabling users to import data such as tickets, service contracts, and assets from the Zendesk portal, which will analyze process insights more effectively.
[DT-045781] Adding ability to create custom dashboard templates	Custom Dashboard Templates have been added to the Process Mining Platform. This feature enables Users to create reusable Dashboard templates that can be copied later to generate new Dashboards more efficiently.

[DT-046944] Jira Connector: Event log data not displayed after import when a User's timezone differs from UTC.	Data can now be imported from the Jira Connector, regardless of the timezone.
[DT-045771] Fixing performance issues of Global View	The Global View in Process Mining has been optimized to display only essential details across all event logs, significantly improving performance.
