The Attach to Module step adds an item or folder to a project by attaching the ExportModuleData to a specified Project. Use the GetExportModuleData (item) or GetExportDataForFolder (folder) steps to retrieve the ExportModuleData object from a single item or folder to pass into the AttachToModule step.
