Designer entities (Rules, Flows, etc) can be moved from a Rule Set folder.

Explanation

This project takes in the ID of the objects to move and the receiving folder. The ForEach step goes through each item in the list of objects. The Raw SQL step updates the folder with the objects that were moved.
