Overview
The following document provides a brief look at the function of the Docker Module and provides links to additional relevant documentation.
The Docker Module is a Module introduced in Decisions v.6 that is used for Containerization of the Flow and Rule Engine Runtime. This allows Decisions to leverage Container Orchestration Architecture to rapidly scale descale implementation to improve availability, performance, and/or hosting cost efficiency.
The Docker Module is best suited for organizations that require a large amount of back-end processing, as this module cannot containerize front-end/UI interactions (this will be available on newer versions of Decisions in the near future).
Setup Requirements
- A valid Docker Services Account. To create one, navigate to Docker.
- Proper installation of the Docker Module. For information on how to install a Module, see Installing Modules.
Containers
Implementation of the Docker Module allows users to leverage the power of Containerization in Decisions. For more information regarding the Docker Module and Containers see the following links:

- For information regarding how to configure a Decisions image on an AWS Container see Decisions AWS Container Setup.
