Toolbox Overview

Overview

The Toolbox contains Steps and controls that can be implemented throughout Flows, Forms, and Pages. In the Toolbox, Steps and controls are organized into categories for easier searchability.

Accessing The Toolbox

The Toolbox can be accessed by selecting the Toolbox tab in a Flow, Page, or Form Designer.

The Toolbox features four tabs for better organization:

• Favorite - Quick access to frequently used Steps
• All Steps - Complete library of available Steps and controls
• Recent - Recently used Steps for quick access
• Projects - Steps organized by project

Searching The Toolbox

Search Bar

Due to the large number of Steps and controls, the search bar can be used to locate specific Steps. The search function works the same, regardless of which tab is selected.

1. From the Flow Designer, navigate to the Toolbox tab.
2. Click in the search bar and enter the desired Step name.
   Note that module Steps cannot be searched for and must be located manually.
   
3. Click and drag the Step into the workspace or connect it to a preexisting outcome path.
   

Toolbox Folder Tree

Steps are grouped into categories and displayed in a tree format. Steps that involve Integration via another source outside of the Flow Designer can be found within their expanded sections. To navigate to a specific Step:

1. Locate the primary category under the "All Steps" tab and click the arrow to the left of its name to expand its contents.
2. Expand any additional sub-categories to find the desired Step.
3. Locate the desired Step and drag it to the workspace.
