[DT-037139] Aspose Error When Starting Decisions Service	An Error would appear when attempting to start the service, after installing New Relic for .net, for newer versions of Decisions. It would prevent Service from starting. We now handle error and log the error and allow the startup even if this method fails.	All Previous
