It supports large-scale SAP transaction processing, automated data validation, and dashboards that highlight mismatches, failed transfers, and verified data. The module uses SAP's native **.NET Connector 3.1 x64 (NCo 3.1)** for communication with SAP, providing centralized connection and session management. The integration reduces unnecessary SAP session creation, supports efficient connection pooling, reuse, and timeout management, and aligns with SAP's standard integration framework. This architecture delivers reliable performance, scalable transaction processing, and establishes a foundation for SAP certification of the Decisions SAP Connector. Note for Third-Party Systems and SubscriptionsCustomers are responsible for securing and maintaining accounts with third-party systems and subscriptions. --- ## Configuration/Properties ### **Installation** - To set up the Module in Decisions, navigate to **Settings > Administration > Features,** locate the SAP Module, and select **Install.** - Users should note that the Module will not be installed if a valid license is not issued. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/image-1779370014602.png) ### Configure the SAP .NET Connector (NCo 3.1) Directory The **SAP Module** includes an **NCo Directory** setting used to specify the location of the SAP .NET Connector 3.1 x64 libraries. 1. Navigate to **System** > **Settings** > **SAP Module Settings**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/SAP%20Module%20Setting%20Nco%20Directory.png) 2. In the **NCo Directory** setting, enter the path to the directory containing the SAP .NET Connector 3.1 x64 libraries. 3. Save the configuration. Once configured, the SAP Module uses the native SAP .NET Connector libraries from the specified location to communicate with SAP. ### **Creating a Dependency** - After installing the module, navigate to the project that will utilize SAP. - Then, within the Project, navigate to **Manage > Configuration > Dependencies**. - Select **Manage,** navigate to **Modules,** and select **Decisions.SAP.** - Select **Confirm** to save the change**.** - For more information on installing modules, please visit [Installing Modules in Decisions](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/installing-modules-decisions). - For more information about creating a project dependency for a module, please visit [Adding Modules as a Project Dependency](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/utilizing-ai-modules-in-decisions#adding-modules-as-a-project-dependency). --- ## Connections and Functions Once a project dependency is added, an SAP folder will be exposed under **Manage > Integrations** to manage connections and functions**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/2026-05-21_09h40_09.png)** ### Creating a Connection Connections can be added by navigating to **Connections** in the SAP Integrations folder. ### ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/2026-05-21_09h57_13.png)**Creating a Function** Once a connection is added, Users can add a Function by navigating to **Functions** in the SAP Integrations folder.
