The following document explains how to write Reports against the Statistics Reporting data. --- ## Example 1. [Create a Report](/v9/docs/create-reports). From the **Report** **Designer**, under **Data** **Sources**, click **Add**. Then, search for and select **Statistics** **Data** **Source**.![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/image-1744644914845.png) 2. Under Data Fields, click Add, search for and select the 3. desired Data Fields. For this example, Add, Date Time, Application Name, Action Name, Sub Section Name, and Email Address. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/image-1744644921649.png) 4. **Save** the Report, then close the Report Designer via X. After the Report is created, users may apply it to their own Dashboard or display it in a Form.  --- For further information on Reports, visit the [Decisions Forum](https://community.decisions.com/categories/Reports).
