# Send Refresh Report By Folder Event For Group

The **Send Refresh Report by Folder Event For Group** step refreshes a Report using a Folder ID and Key. If the same Report is used in multiple places, only the Report on the specified Folder with a matching Key will refresh for the Group stated in the Group ID input.

## Common Errors

### Object reference not set to an instance of an object

An error will occur if an input value field is null or empty. To correct this, ensure that the Folder and Group Ids are mapped or entered correctly.
