The Save Entities step saves a database-stored Decisions type to the database, such as a Database Structure, Entity, Folder Extension, Folder Extension etc. This overrides all fields of that structure, so any fields set as ignoring will be interpreted as Null when stored in the database. There is also the option to save multiple entities, which will save a List of the same Decisions type in the same fashion as saving an individual.
