# Get Number Of Steps

The **Get Number Of Steps** step returns the number of steps in the debugged Flow.

| Debug Id | The Debug ID can be extracted from the Debug Report Page of a particular Flow by adding the Parent ID field to this Report. | String |

## Common Errors

### Debug entity with id = 'xxxxxxxxx' not found

If the Id is not entered correctly, an error will occur. To correct this, change the length or the starting index not to exceed the input's length.
