# Get Health Assessment Step

The **Get Health Assessment Step** is used to set a health assessment for all Designer Elements associated with a Project stored on a Repository.

Depending on the Designer Element, an explanation for the score can be found under the message type.

| Repo Project Name | The name of the project. This value can be found on the Project field for a Designer Element. | String |

#### Outputs

| Output | The health assessment for all entities that are associated with a Project. | ProjectHealthAssessment |
