# Get Health Assessment For Folder Entities

| ## Step Details |
| --- |
| **Introduced in Version** | 3.0.0 |
| **Last Modified in Version** | 8.0.0 |
| **Location** | Internal > Project Health |

The **Get Health Assessment For Folder Entities** step evaluates a project and assesses the health of all entities in the Folder. This data is used in the [Create [FolderName] Folder Documentation](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/create-folder-and-project-documentation) action, displaying a diagram that lists the health of all Entities in a folder. The Get Health Assessment For Folder Entities outputs the data that supplies the Project Health HTML file. This step does not output a file; this step is available to automate a process using this data if desired. For instance, design a Flow that automates getting the scores and evaluates the numbers and can alert administrators if the scores are below a threshold.
