The Dequeue Caller step takes a Call Queue as an input and takes the next caller off of that specified queue.
Prerequisites
- This step requires the Telephony Module to be installed before it will be available in the toolbox.
- For v9 users: Add a Project Dependency once the Telephony Module is installed.
