# Attach to Module

The **Attach to Module** step adds an item or folder to a project by attaching the ExportModuleData to a specified Project. Use the **GetExportModuleData** (item) or **GetExportDataForFolder** (folder) steps to retrieve the ExportModuleData object from a single item or folder to pass into the AttachToModule step.
