# Add User To Group

The **Add User To Group** step adds an Okta user account to a defined Okta group.

### Prerequisites

This step requires the Okta [module](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/installing-and-configuring-the-okta-module) to be [installed](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/installing-modules-decisions) before it will be available in the toolbox.

## Common Errors

### **Exception invoking method AddUserToGroup on class**

This error occurs if the Okta module is not properly set up. In Decisions go to Settings > Okta > Edit Okta Settings. Review the Okta Subdomain or URL and confirm that it is correct.

In Okta review the SAML settings under Applications > Decisions > General.

#### Exception Message:
