# Absolute Value

The **Absolute Value** step gets the modulus value of the input.

## Common Errors

### Parameter 'value' of 'AbsoluteValue' cannot be null

If the value passed in is null, an error will occur. To correct this, ensure that the input value is an Int32 or Decimal data type.

#### Exception Message:

Name: [BusinessRule] Parameter 'value' of 'AbsoluteValue' can not be null
