# Viewing and Removing User Projects

This Example Lab project demonstrates how to view all user projects in a dashboard and allow the user to choose which items to keep or remove.

## Explanation

This project uses a report to display all existing projects to the user. The report uses the data source Module Resource and the three data fields Module Name, Entity Name, and Entity Logical Type Name. The Module Name displays the project name, Entity Name displays each element name within the project, and Entity Logical Type Name displays what each item is (i.e. Flow, Form, etc...). There is also a filtered applied to the report to exclude any Module Name that includes the word "Decisions" in an effort to prevent the user from accidentally deleting key system files.

This report can be displayed in a dashboard by using the page that is set up called projects. The user can navigate to the dashboard view by clicking the word "Projects" in the top right corner of the folder window. Here the user can browse through all of the existing projects on their Decisions instance and also remove any items that are no longer desired by using the user actions made available by right-clicking an item.
