In the first Form, there are three Form visibility options to be chosen from. Each input type is different in order to demonstrate some of the different ways this could be accomplished. Each input that requires a string needs an input of "Yes" to enable the corresponding field on the **dynamic Form**, the checkbox simply needs to be checked in order to enable the corresponding field. This allows specific customizable areas of a Form to be enabled/visible each time a Form is created by running this Flow.
