These references may become dated as new versions are released. --- ## Overview | ## Example Lab Details | | --- | | **Version** | 6.9.2 | | **Root Folder** | Example Lad - Creating PDFs | | **Modules** | None | | **Dependencies** | None | This Example Lab project demonstrates how to convert a Report into a PDF document using a Flow. --- ## Explanation This project works by utilizing the **Run Report step**. The Run Report step can convert a specific report into a variety of different file types based on what the user selects as the "Return Data Option". In this example, the Run Report step will be outputting a PDF file. Once the report has been converted it will be passed into a Form using the Document Viewer Form component, so the user may view the results of the conversion. This Flow allows for the automation of report conversions as opposed to manual conversion for tasks such as scheduled jobs, etc. Reference Articles[Document Viewer](https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/document-viewer-form) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6ef8bcc1-6489-4486-9ad1-83acff7e5df0/Images/Documentation/image-192.png) --- ## Project Download The examples attached were developed to be instructional and were not developed as officially supported components.
