Multi-Tenancy: Fix a Secondary Connection String

In a Multi-Tenant Environment, some problems may occur with a secondary connection string. The process below shows how to fix a secondary connection string. 

 

Example

Start by navigating to the Decisions Installer. Often times the Installer is located in downloads, right click on the Decisions installer and select Open (Figure 1).

The Decisions Installer page will open, select Edit Settings (Figure 2).

In the settings locate the SecondaryDatabaseConnection String.  This field allows for a secondary connection string (Figure 3).

The main Database Connection String can also be located in the settings and copied into the second connection string.
