You can set Decisions to use secure cookies by editing the web.config files. Using secure cookies tells IIS to allow cookie data to transfer only over an encrypted connection (SSL/HTTPS).
To edit the web.config file, open it in a text editor. By default it is saved in C:\Program Files\Decisions Web Host\web.config and C:\Program Files\Decisions Web Host\HUI\web.config .
In the System.Web section, add the following line:

<httpCookies requireSSL="true" />

Update the Forms Tag as follows:

<forms loginUrl="Login.aspx" defaultUrl="Default.aspx" timeout="20160" slidingExpiration="true" path="/" name="WFAuthCookie" requireSSL="true"/>
