Sending an Email from a Flow

To send an email from a flow, add a Send Email component to the Flow Designer workspace. Designate the To and From email addresses, as well as, the subject of the message.
As a side note, the Send Email component can be found in the Flow Designer's Steps panel in the Communication category.

Our example flow will send an email composed of a few static variables. In most circumstances, we'll generate emails from dynamic variables, such as when we send emails to a list of recipients. Since our example is so simple, we can build our flow with a single Send Email step.
We will begin by navigating to a project folder and selecting the Create Flow button.

We'll give the flow a name and click OK .

In the Flow Designer startup window, under the All Steps [Catalog] > Communication category, select aSend Email component and click Add to add it to the workspace.

Connect the output path of the Send Email step to the End step. We have several ways that we can configure the email. One option is to use the Mapping Editor to fill in the required values: From, To, and Subject. Double click the Send Email step, and click the Edit Input Mappings link in the Actions toolbar.

All mapping inputs are set to mapping type constant by default. The From input can remain Constant. Enter an email address in the Value field. We will repeat the process for To. For the Subject input, we will change the type from constant to Text Merge Plain. Then select theShow Editor button.

In the Merge Text Editor , enter the text for the email subject then click OK .

The flow is complete. Save the flow and click the Debug Flow link to run it in the Debugger.

Click the Diagram tab to see that the flow has completed without any errors.

Check your inbox for the test email.
