The Decisions Mobile App provides access to Forms, Workflow Catalog Items, and Assignments that have been designated for mobile access. This provides the ability to leverage certain capabilities of the Flow and Form engine, using a mobile device.
Similar to other Android and iOS applications, the Decisions Mobile app can be downloaded, and installed, from their respective mobile devices.
Setup Process
Download
- Navigate to respective app store; App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android, and search for "Decisions Mobile".
If further assistance is needed to locate the app, input "Decisions Workflow" into the search bar.
- Once the app is located, select Install.

Login
- Post-installation, create a new Account or login on a Default Server without configuring a Server URL.
If available, the Server Configuration option may be used to direct the app to an organization's backend. - Provide valid login credentials, then click Login.
- Verify that login is successful and that the app lands on the Portal page.
This page displays a mobile version of the Decisions Portal that offers access to items and Folders that have been designated as mobile-accessible, and the Workflow Catalog, via the Folder icon.
Post Login
After logging into Decisions Mobile, a variety of context menus can be accessed. Each menu provides access to various functions of the Decisions Mobile app such as:
- The ability to run Show On Mobile/Can Run Offline designated Flows
- Offline Form Submission
- Access to select items in the Portal's Assignment Inbox and Folders/items that have mobile access enabled.
