Creating or Editing Flows for Handling Events

The Decisions tool lets you set up events, such as watching a folder for a file or watching for an email sent to a certain address, and optionally kick off a flow when the event happens.
Here are the kinds of events you can create:

Check URL Event Attempts to open a URL and lets you kick off a flow if it fails
Email Event Watches an inbox and lets you kick off a flow if it receives an email
File Watcher Event Watches a folder in a directory and lets you kick off a flow if it finds a file
Ping Failed Event Pings a server and lets you kick off a flow if it fails
