Overview

A  Form collects information from the end user for the designer. Forms are a way for a user to interact with data, either by inputting or viewing data that already exists.  A form by itself is a separate entity and it runs in the context of a flow. In Decisions you can create and design a Form to collect and display the information as you would like it to be seen. A Form can be created, it can be assembled with a step-by-step Wizard, or created by modifying an existing template.

CREATING A FORM

To create a Form in the Designer studio select Create Form from the Action Panel located on the bottom of the page in the Designer Studio.

Select Create Form and choose the type located in the left column and select from the Form templates.
